5. Seal it with top coat, cure it under LED/UV lamp
Shimmer Effect:
1. Apply base coat on your nails and cure it under LED/UV lamp.
2. Apply color coat on your nails and cure it under LED/UV lamp.
3. Mix no wipe UV top coat and the powder evenly, and apply it onto your nails.
4. Cure it under LED/UV lamp.
