2. Gently buff the nail surface to remove any shine.
3. Dust off the surface to eliminate any dust.
4. Apply a coat of Berry Dehydrator to the nails.
5. Smoothly apply a coat of Berry Bond Primer, then proceed with your desired application. After application, avoid touching the treated surface to prevent oil transfer.
